As an Assistant Project Manager, Allison assists our Project Managers with a range of responsibilities, including field coordination, financial reviews, project progression, and reporting. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a BS in Construction Science, she relocated to Maine to pursue a career in commercial construction. Her expertise spans a variety of projects from a complex water treatment facility to a high-end office renovation.
After five years in the commercial sector, Allison felt drawn to make a change and pivoted to residential construction. She brings her “people first” mindset to each job, shaped by a deep appreciation for everyone who contributes to bringing a project to life. She firmly believes that fairness, respect, and helpfulness go a long way on the job site.
