Jessica Rodenhizer

Senior Construction Project Manager + Operations Leader

Jessica completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design and worked briefly in the industry, but she quickly realized that her true passion was in the construction world. She returned to Wentworth Institute of Technology to earn her Master’s Degree in Construction Management and worked for several years in Boston. It wasn’t long before she and her husband pined for country life and decided to move to Maine, where they could continue to do the work they love while enjoying all Maine has to offer. Initially, Jessica worked for a commercial general contractor, ultimately transitioning to the high-end residential arena where she has felt a more personal connection to her projects.

At Knickerbocker Group, Jessica has a dual role. As a Senior Project Manager, she is the main point of contact for clients and manages the schedule, budget, and high-level communication with subcontractors. Additionally, as an Operations Manager, she oversees KG’s Project Managers and strives to improve overall processes and communication for an efficient workflow throughout the department.

In her free time, Jessica and her husband enjoy renovating their house in the woods and spending time outdoors gardening, fishing, hiking, taking care of their chickens, and chasing their two sons.
