Originally from Central Maine, Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Saint Joseph’s College. In previous roles, she has worked for both large-scale corporations as well as smaller teams to refine and implement best-in-class HR policies. Katherine feels fortunate to work in the Architecture and Construction industry where she has developed an appreciation and admiration for the creative, solutions-focused people that support each step of the building process. Katherine works to ensure our team feels valued and engaged by providing the best possible services to employees. A natural relationship builder, Katherine aims to foster an inclusive and respectful work environment for all. She is an active member of the Future HR Leaders of Maine, the Human Resource Society of Southern Maine, and the Society of Human Resource Management.
Outside of work, Katherine calls Windham home. She enjoys spending time both at home and in nature, relishing the beauty of Maine with her husband, two daughters, and their beloved dogs.
