Andrea oversees the procurement of materials for Knickerbocker Group’s prefabrication projects. With over 20 years in the construction industry, she has built strong relationships with vendors, and works diligently to ensure adequate inventory, negotiate fair pricing, and monitor all materials. Having held multiple procurement roles for local construction firms, Andrea possesses deep product knowledge. At Knickerbocker Group, she has also worked as a carpenter and project manager, both of which have given her first-hand experience on construction sites. Most recently, Andrea worked for the Town of Boothbay as the Assistant Code Enforcement Officer, providing her a unique vantage point to better understand local ordinances.
Born and raised in Boothbay, Andrea calls the peninsula home to this day, where she lives with her husband and their two children (who are away at college). Together they enjoy hiking, gardening, and partaking in many of Maine’s outdoor activities. To give back to the Boothbay region, Andrea volunteers with the Boothbay Fire Department, an endeavor that she finds immensely rewarding.
