As Construction Practice Leader at Knickerbocker Group, Jess Rodenhizer brings thoughtful leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for process to every project she touches. With a background in interior design and a Master’s in Construction Management, Jess bridges the creative and the technical—guiding custom residential builds with clarity, care, and craft.
In her role, Jess leads Knickerbocker Group’s construction team across all locations. She supports project managers through challenges in the field, ensures alignment on process and execution, and works closely with clients and internal teams to ensure exceptional results. Jess plays a key role in departmental strategy, sales, and operations, and is responsible for driving project success from construction start through the warranty period.
With experience spanning commercial and residential construction, Jess understands how to navigate complexity while maintaining a steady focus on schedule, budget, and quality. Her work is grounded in collaboration, communication, and a deep commitment to the client experience.
Outside of work, Jess and her husband are raising their two young sons in the Maine woods, where they are actively renovating their home, cultivating a garden, and embracing the outdoor lifestyle.
