María is a Maine native who was introduced to the construction industry at a young age. As a teenager, she helped her family with the construction of their family home. This experience led to a career in the construction field, where she has worked for over 26 years. In 2002 she started her own construction-related company and began working closely with Knickerbocker Group. The relationship grew stronger and in 2014, she made the leap and joined the KG team. As the Property Management Operations Manager, María is committed to helping our clients maintain their home’s value and comfort. María works directly with our talented internal team, subcontractors, and clients to ensure exceptional service and clear communication. Whether it be property inspections, rental inspections, handyman services, storm checks, or seasonal openings and closings, there is no job too large or small for María to manage.
