With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Mike has a diverse skill set that includes wall finishing, frame-to-finish, carpentry, electrical work, and project management. Recently, after years of studying and practicing building science, he received his Certified Passive House Tradesperson designation through the Passive House Institute in Germany. At Knickerbocker Group, Mike works as a Site Manager where he wears many hats and serves as the company’s eyes and ears on job sites. Organized, efficient, and a clear communicator, Mike interacts with almost all participants in a given project, from the designers and architects to subcontractors and code enforcement. Mike’s proficiency in managing subcontractors, materials, and client expectations ensures timely and satisfactory project delivery.

Nestled in the breathtaking landscapes of the western mountains of Maine, their century-old home stands as a testament to heritage and history.
