Nanette came to Knickerbocker Group after spending many years working in the design industry with a focus on public relations, marketing, product development, and visual merchandising. With degrees in both graphic design and psychology, Nanette holds unique insight into how aesthetics and design contribute to the atmosphere of a space, affecting the intricate relationship between its visual appearance and emotional impact. Working one-on-one with our clients, Nanette’s everyday role encompasses interior finishes, from hardware, lighting to furnishings, she visualizes spaces.
Nanette grew up moving every five to seven years with her parents, who made adventurous house choices. Eventually landing in Maine, they built a modern passive solar home. These experiences, paired with her mother being an interior designer, instilled an appreciation for all types of home styles and fueled her passion for interior design.
