Originally from Massachusetts, Samantha spent many years in Colorado before relocating to Maine. Although she began her career in education and development, she returned to school to pursue her lifelong passion for Interior Design. Her experience includes working for boutique design firms in Colorado and Maine, as well as running her own successful home organizing and interior styling business in Denver. When working with Samantha, clients can expect a thoughtful and meticulous design approach with the overall goal to enhance their well-being and daily lives. An intuitive listener, Samantha is attuned to the needs of her clients and pushes them to pause, consider, and talk through how design decisions will affect their daily routines.
In her current role, Samantha develops design plans, including all interior furniture selections, as well as managing the scope of work, budget, and deliverable schedules. Additionally, she fosters relationships with artisans and craftspeople to source original art, materials, fabrics, furnishings, and more.
Samantha lives in the Midcoast with her husband, their daughter, dog, cat, and chickens. Together they are slowly and thoughtfully upgrading their home.

KG culture, mission + values
Sam appreciates that while KG’s team takes our work seriously, everyone also knows when to laugh and celebrate the big and small wins. Everyone supports each other, not just as fellow worker-bees, but as human beings, with passions, hobbies, family, and life outside of work.
Life in Maine
Exploring the coast and lakes in a canoe. Hearing the loons at night. Garden bounties. Berry picking. Learning about so many artists, makers, and craftsmen.
