A pull to live closer to the ocean encouraged Tate and his family to relocate to Maine from Wisconsin in 2019. Having begun his career in education, Tate also worked in property maintenance and real estate—all of which led him to appreciate the importance of providing exceptional customer service. Working as a Property Caretaker, Tate is an attentive listener to clients’ needs and takes thoughtful, thorough action. Noticing the smallest details, he prides himself on anticipating the essentials, solving challenges, and maintaining relationships with an array of trusted local vendors.
