Tom grew up in Virginia where he began his career as a carpenter near historic Mt. Vernon building traditional southern homes. After relocating to Maine in 1986 he anchored his roots in the midcoast region and began the adventure.
With over 40 years in residential, historic, commercial and healthcare construction, he brings a broad range of experience and strategic knowledge to Knickerbocker Group. Tom’s portfolio includes multiple island projects as well as extensive multi-family builds and high-end custom homes. He collaborates daily to build new relationships in the industry while always being receptive to innovative methods and ideas.
In his spare time, he can be found renovating the family cottage, boating and fishing along the lake, going on walks with his two golden retrievers, or spending time with his family.
