We are proud to celebrate Marta!
We are pleased to announce the promotion of Marta Peters to Chief Financial Officer! Marta has been an integral part of Knickerbocker Group since 2018, steadily advancing through financial leadership roles, most recently serving as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.
As CFO, Marta will lead our finance team while collaborating with the executive team to develop and execute strategic financial initiatives. She will continue to enhance operational efficiencies, support long-term growth, and strengthen our ESOP-driven culture.
Marta holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and recently earned her MBA with a concentration in finance from Southern New Hampshire University. During her time at Knickerbocker Group, she has led several key initiatives, including modernizing financial systems, improving budgeting and tracking processes, and implementing new HR and enterprise resource planning platforms.
Originally from Maine, Marta is passionate about thoughtful, strategic growth and looks forward to contributing to the continued success of our firm.
