Mary supports the advancement of new projects by partnering with our sales, design, and construction teams to analyze client properties for feasibility to meet their goals. Mary serves as a key resource for internal and external architects and landscape architects regarding permitting and land use guidance. She also advises and supports the efforts of Knickerbocker Group’s Real Estate, alongside Planning, Development + Permitting.
Mary brings more than 20 years of experience in land use planning and strategic development. She holds a BS in Business Management and a master’s degree in Community Planning and Development. Her extensive experience throughout New England includes real estate development, permitting, due diligence research, natural hazard mitigation/climate change, and historic preservation. Before joining our team, she worked as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Portland Foreside Development based in Portland, Maine. Mary grew up in Maine and Vermont and resides in Falmouth with her husband and three children. Welcome, Mary!
