Our Juniper 500 and Aster 800 sq. ft. models are now available as high-quality shell models—providing a weather-tight, structurally complete foundation for your project! Built at our Wiscasset Prefabrication Facility, each shell is delivered to your site, allowing you the flexibility to take a hands-on approach with finishing your Prefab Pod or work with your own General Contractor.
