This year, our annual holiday giving campaign aimed to provide shelter and warmth to our neighbors in need.
To show our appreciation for the place we love, Knickerbocker Group dedicated additional resources this season to Maine families in need as part of our annual holiday gifting campaign. As part of our campaign, funds were distributed to three local organizations whose work continues to make an impact in the lives of Mainers.
CHiP
On a mission to help neighbors stay safe, warm and dry, CHiP provides services such as weatherproofing, handicap access ramps, and electrical and plumbing repairs for homeowners who are not able to do so themselves due to illness, disability, or financial need. chipinc.org
Midcoast Wood Bank
An all-volunteer community organization of neighbors helping neighbors, Midcoast Wood Bank seeks to end neighbors having to choose whether to eat or heat by providing fuel assistance. midcoastwoodbank.org
Maine Needs
