Todd initially started building computers as a hobby, although later enrolled at Maine Community College to earn his Associate Degree in Computer Technology, allowing Todd to transition his passion into a career. Prior to joining Knickerbocker Group, Todd was the Application and Team Lead for the Northeastern IT division of his previous company, where he managed all software for the region, served as the escalation point and mentor for his teammates, and was responsible for troubleshooting hundreds of software titles across the company. Todd is committed to ensuring the tools and technology used by our team and clients are efficient, effective, and intuitive. As a technical support specialist, he maintains Knickerbocker Group’s network, cybersecurity, and IT equipment. He enjoys being a problem solver, a helper, and aiding colleagues in overcoming technology hurdles.
Todd enjoys the solitude of his home, winters in Maine, and dabbling in other hobbies such as game design and digital art.
