Designed for personalization, our new Shell Models provide a high-quality, adaptable foundation for your project. Built at our Wiscasset Prefabrication Facility, each weather-tight shell is delivered to your site, giving you the freedom to take a hands-on approach with finishing work or collaborate with your own General Contractor.
Our pricing ranges are designed to reflect the full spectrum of possibilities—from a streamlined Pod-only scenario to a complete turnkey solution with finish upgrades. Please note: Pricing includes shipping, handling, install, and standard design and permitting fees*. It does not include site-specific costs such as surveying, septic design, or any required site work.
Preferred pricing reflects upgrades to base offerings. Clients may select Preferred materials and finishes—such as siding, flooring, cabinetry, lighting, and bathroom fixtures—for added personalization.
*Permitting fees and due diligence fees are $7,500 on average, although can vary drastically by city/town.
